I agree with Wiggles, he was a standout playmaker at Maryland, it's always been a mystery as to why he hasn't done much more than he has, hopefully this is his year to break out.

Personally I think it's very simple, don't sugar coat anything, stop beating around the bush, if you ever want to get something such as this going you need to be assertive and straight forward...

I don't see the problem, it'll keep they're minds focused and give them a little more time work. Good choice on Childress' part, writers always get mad about stuff like this.
