But in order to get there, we need to stayed focused, play with intensity, keep egos off the field, forget the Favre/Childress spat and truly play like a team. I watched a special on the old AFL this past week and saw how the Vikings were humiliated by the underdog and "lowly Kansas City Chiefs" in Super Bowl III. They could not adapt to a new offensive style and the great Minnesota defense was left completely befuddled, not to mention the Chiefs defense was dominant that day. Let's not take anything for granted, let's be prepared and take one game at a time until the Super Bowl. Are you ready to be champions or do you just want to squabble about losing a game to the Panthers where your butts were thoroughly kicked. Let the coaches coach and the players play, but do it as a real team!!! We can do this if we all pull together!! Go Vikings!!!
