Frazier says Vikings are still shopping
This team is delusional
Sid Hartman: Frazier says Vikings are still shopping | StarTribune.com
"We still want to find a wide receiver that can really threaten the field vertically," the Vikings coach said. "We also want to improve our secondary along with our linebackers, also
Looking for a WR that can stretch the field vertically huh? Like?
Ginn can't catch and the rest of the field stretchers are useless.

"Brandon Fusco is going to be a guy who has to come along and play better for us, and we're looking forward to watching him develop."
"We need Chris DeGeare to really come on for us. DeMarcus Love, a young man we drafted a year ago, we need those young guys to come along and play well for us."
"We really need Asher Allen to really step up and play well for us. With our young secondary, Mistral Raymond, we need him to play well for us. We'd like to get Hussain Abdullah back from the concussion."
"Jasper Brinkley [who missed last season] is going to be a big plus for us at linebacker"
We are putting the future of the team in the hands of a bunch of guys who no one have a clue will turn out.
The WR is really dead already, Manningham signed with the 49ers today and all there is left is guys like Andre Caldwell, Neenee and a bunch of old guys who didn't get extended because of their age.

PUT IN JACKSON!

Those quotes really show someone who is delusional. Maybe some of these guys look good in practice, so they think they will pan out. But, honestly, if you look good in practice on a team full of terrible players ... doesn't that mean you are only looking good against terrible players?

Well, they've been thru the football players & college basketball players. They must be looking at ex-soccer players now.

I wouldnt be mad at us signing Early Doucet, Steve Smith and Braylon Edwards. Not expecting tons of protection bu all three guy is healthy can make us a deep passing team.

I think what would be ideal (and probably impossible) is for some team like the Broncos, if they lose out on the Manning sweepstakes, to decide to trade up to #3 to grab Tannehill. We would get a deal much like St. Louis did for the #2. Then, since we are sitting at #25, why not make a large offer to Mike Wallace that the Steelers won't match therefore giving them our #25. Again, this is highly impossible but just a thought I came up with realizing Mike Wallace could still be signed as a RFA. If only the stars would align.....

it would nice to see us draft khalil and then turn around and sign Wallace to an offer sheet... that way we 'd give them next years first rounder.. although the way we're going it would be in the top 5 agian... lol so maybe not!
