Will the Pack be upsset again by the Lions?

The bungles upset the Packers this season already. Is it possible the Lions could do it again?

If they do they may as well "crown our ass"

The Lions for sure, aren't the Lions of last year.
I've always believed any team can beat any other team on any given day.
    Pack/Lions,
just another tough fought divisional game.
Wouldn't suprise me one bit to see the Lions take one away from the Pack....Fact is, I'de love to see it.. ;D

If the lions can keep within 14, that would be an accomplishment, especially without calvin johnson.

Given what the Bengals have been doing this season, I don't think it was an "upset".
Take away the "Immaculate Deflection" against the Broncos and the Bengals are 5-0.

They are winning their games in the last seconds, but they aready beat Ravens and Steelers, which the Vikes will soon be facing.

IMO, the only way the Lion's don't lose is if the Pack beats themselves through over confidence.
    But that's not likely.

saying that. Penalties against the Packers are making it hard. I would love to see the Lions win this one but don't think they have the depth to do it.

Re: Will the Pack be upsset again by the Lions?

I think that the Packers will win this one in a shoot-out. We have such an advantage on offense over their defense. Their D-line is decimated by injuries, they traded their only good DT away and even when healthy don't have that much of a pass rush. Just take a look at their game against the Bears for instance. It was a shoot-out that the just couldn't hold up with.

Just take a look at their stats, really. 32nd in points given up, 27th in pass yards and 22nd in rushing yards. We should have a field day against them.

I think that we should just try to play balanced defense against them. We should be able to get to the QB in this one. We really should. Kevin Smith, Calvin Johnson and Matthew Stafford are quite a good combination, though. If they get clicking, we should be worried a little. Luckely for us, two of those three are out this week. I think that we should just bring a lot pressure against that O-line. Both the running and passing game should be going nowhere. Maybe we might give up a big play, but I think that that's the way to go in this one.

By that little summary, we should win 14 - 35. I think, however, that we'll find some way to let them score points. We did the same with the Rams. They kept finding the soft spots in our coverage and this defense just isn't playing like one unit.

Last I looked the line on this game was -14 Pack.
Might be a good one to put up some $$$ for the Lions to at least cover.

I think Detroit stuns Green Bay in a blow out.
They almost made a game of it versus Pittsburgh, and the Steelers are a better team than the Packers.
    Plus, it's a Division game.
Add in Green Bays crappy O-line and failing Defense...

So, again, I wouldn't at all be suprised to see the Lions competely take apart Green Bay.
Worse, if they do it in Lameblow, look for fans to start seriously jumping on the "Ted Thompson sucks" bandwagon.

IDK why but I cheer for the lions sometimes, maybe because I know they the only team in the division with no chance to win the title and I want the north to be known as the best division. If the lions beat the packs we still do have to worry about the bears, they arent great but they not bad.
