    Why Farve, WHY?

I know this has been discussed many times but I am so sick of this issue, I had to finally speak up and release the steam! I am so absolutly sick of Farve and the Packers. Why? Why? Why does the media love these chumps? They can not do any wrong as far as the media is concerned. They are 2 and 9 and their now established losing season was not even mentioned by any of the media. Farve goes in and throws his dose of INTs and dumb looks and they media(TV for those of you that saw the game) concentrate on how the Packers really "need to turn it around" No Kidding! But none of the errors are the fault of one Brent Farve. He could throw ten interceptions per game and the media would talk about how he is "a really tough player" . Some of the folks I work with are"pretty tough" but I wouldn't trust them to lead a NFL team.
Thanks for letting me rant. Let's all keep a look out for the BS and stomp out Packer Fantasy when ever we see it!

It's because Favre is the Iron Man of the NFL.

    Re: Why Farve, WHY?

they should put an asterisk by feagles name cuz he is a punter!

you risk way less of a risk of getting hurt as a punter. being a defensive player and being in on half of the plays in all of the games for that long of a run is way bigger of an accomplishment then punting. psht..

Favre's old, no doubt about it. However, you have to respect him as a person and a player. He's played some damn good games against us. He's a fighter and plays the whole game. We also want him to win now that we're "bowl" eligible.

When Favre hurt his thumb (the 1st time) 3 years ago he continued to start, and he hurt his team. He should have been a true leader and said that he could not play, and said I will not hurt the team. But instead he played hurt so he could keep his streak alive and it cost Green Bay some games.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.
