Why should I show you guys respect? Sports isn't about respect. It's about competition and winning. I'm not going to be one of those "I'm not a fan of any team. I'm a fan of ALL TEAMS! I WANT THEM ALL TO DO GOOD! YAY!" type people.

I know that appeals to your sensitive side and gives you that warm fuzzy feeling you desire, but I'm not here to help you out.

    Get it right.
I noticed you left out the "Cowardly" quote... did that stike a chord maybe? Still a coward.

I just found Fan-2-Fan Alliance, so obviously I just found this website.
I doubt you "Just Found" this site. You've been hovering around till your team is halfway respectable... then you strike. It must take a big man to make fun of a 4-6 team... Wow.

Just finish up with your sister before you do, though.
Wow... really? You have a very high brow sense of humor there. I've met toddlers who are more quick witted than that... Then again, you're from Wisconsin.

    That's touching.

As long as your team follows my road map to success and fills those holes, which is every position outside of running back, then maybe they'll be able to do something with your "star".

Until then, it'll just 1800+ yard seasons for AP and 5-11 seasons for the Viqueens.

I feel bad for him. Too bad he isn't on a real team. He deserves better.
And I'll be here for the MANY... MANY 5-11 seasons GB is about to have after Favre retires. Have no fear.

Nope. I just couldn't really think of any response to such a clever insult.

Damn, this guy's holding his own versus the entire PP.O faithful, I'm impressed. You all got complacent or something, step your game up. But talking about AD's injury like it diminished anything he did was kind of unnecessary. Give the man his dues.

On the bright side, at least we aren't the Lions. They could win the Superbowl the next five years in a row and they'd still be the adorable losers.

Wow I was defending Green Bay fans a couple weeks ago, but a troll or two really makes you think.
Oh well some people just need to find confrontation to make themselves feel better.
Why don't you just settle down buddy and enjoy some football instead of trolling a random Vikings internet forum.

It'll be funny how Vikings fans will come out of the wood work when they actually win the Super Bowl.
You know, I thought you were doing pretty good.
Coming out fighting, making sense, good puncutation, salient points, etc. etc.

Until you fall back upon the only thing you have - Super Bowls.
Yes - we all understand that the Packers have won 3 (lost 1, as well), and the Vikings have lost 4, and haven't been to one in quite a while.

That's why it's so lame to bring it up.
You fall back upon that tired old chestnut rather than striving to reach your own potential by coming up with original ideas.

Good thing I'll never have to experience that in my lifetime.
    Ha!
    That's funny.
Took that Super Bowl idea and ran with it for a 2-yard gain.

Look, the Vikings are good. I know that. They only need a few pieces here and there and they'll be a Super Bowl contender.

    Here's what I suggest..
And now, with the rest of this post, you prove yourself not to be a worthy opponent along the lines of PPOer Pack93z, but just another of the idiots who bought a computer from Big Lots and got himself hooked up to the "innernet, Ma!" in between trips out back to the barn to fuck some cows.

The Vikings should get a better:
    Let's roll, dumbass!

    QB
    * Actual analysis indicates that the Vikings are struggling at QB right now and may have plans to acquire a veteran for the 2008 campaign, once they are able to evaluate Tarvaris Jackson over the remainder of the season.

    FB
    * As the Vikings have one of the top-5 FBs in the NFL in Tony Richardson, I am forced to suggest that you are wrong.

    WRs
    * The struggles at QB have made it difficult to evaluate the WRs.
There is some talent, but is it enough to make the plays that are needed?
Sidney Rice has been a surprise at times and will only get better.

    Gs
    * Now you're just showing that you're an idiot.
Steve Hutchinson is the best G in the NFL.
So, by definition, they cannot get a better G than him.
And Anthony Herrera was just signed to an extension.

    Ts
    * I'm of the opinion that Bryant McKinnie is a big fat waste of roster space and too much money.
I actually like Ryan Cook's performance, given the relative levels of expectation, over McKinnie's.
So, I am in agreement that, at least for the money being paid, a better LT is needed.

    C
    * LOL.
I understand the point you're trying to make (and attempting to be funny while doing it), but you could have made the same point without looking like a dumbass.
Saying the Vikings need a better C is like saying the Packers need a better QB.
It's ignorant and detracts from whatever point you were trying to make when you first hooked up the double-wide to the generator this morning after siphoning off some gas from your cousin's truck.

    DTs
    * God, now you're really showing that you don't know anything about football.
Better than KWill and Phat Pat?
I guess you're one of these Sconnies who follow the Pack without truly being a student of the game.
    Typical.
I bet you own a cheesehead that you bought from a rest-stop.

    DEs
    * Even the slightest bit of analysis shows that the Vikes have two of the best young DEs in the NFC in Ray Edwards and Brian Robison.
Add in the improved play of Kenechi Udeze and the steady return of Erasmus James and the Vikings have as good a foursome at DE as anyone.

    LBs
    * AJ Hawk hopes to play like EJ Henderson someday.
Pro Bowl caliber - and I'm not the only one who's saying that.
Ben Leber is a run-stuffing stud and Chad Greenway is a former #1 who's coming along nicely in what is, essentially, his rookie season.
Solid group with an All-Pro in the middle.

    CBs
    * More laughability.
Antoine Winfield is one of the top-5 tacklers in the entire league at ANY position.
That some no-name fool was able to rush on the Vikings for more than 100-yards in the GB game is a testament to what a stud Winfield is.
And Ced Griffin is going to be a solid player for many years.
Add in the important experience that draft STEAL Marcus McCauley is getting this year and I feel the Vikings are set for the next couple seasons at CB.

    SS FS
    * I'll group these together because, quite frankly, I'm rather disappointed in the safety play this year.
Sharper is a ball-hog who doesn't stick his hat in there and Dwight Smith can be beat.

    K
    * I think Longwell's been much improved this year, especially on kick-off length.

    P
    * Kluwe is having a great season.
    You're just wrong.

    Coaching Staff
    * That's difficult to assess after one season.
Many are unhappy with Childress, but I, personally, believe he needs more time - at least another season.

Outside of those positions, the Vikings are probably the best team in the world.

Get that straightened out and you'll be all set.
Coaching, BTW, is not a "position".

Your "analysis" leaves much to be desired.
Out of the idiotic listing of positions, you're only actually correct (IMHO) on Safeties, maybe QBs and maybe WRs.
I notice, however, that you were smart enough to leave RUNNING BACKS off the list.

And, next season, when Purple Jesus brings his wrath upon the Packers, I hope you've managed to collect enough cans for redemption so you can afford to stop by a bar and buy the beer you'll need to drown your sorrows.

Unless, of course, that marriage to your cousin from Oshkosh works out, in which case, you'll be able to stop by the Co-Op to watch with the rest of the hillbillies.
