I am originally from Worthington Mn so I am typically used to closet packer fans (if you can believe they exist) I recently moved to the Winona area and have discovered that the packers are out of the closet here and in full force (I mean straight up flaming around here)

The point is I went in to buy shoes.. innocent enough. I was wearing a MN twins hat because unlike Wisconsin we have other quality teams to cheer for besides the Vikings. Out of no where the shoe salesmen got on me about how the Vikings are going to suck and the Packers are this and the Packers are that. I proceeded to ask him "how many superbowls has Favre won?" He replied "one" I said "so he has the same amount of superbowls as our second string QB Brad Johnson, some legacy he is building for himself!" I left the store without buying shoes because of that packer bitch.

It wasn't about the comeback it was about the cancer that is packer fanaticism. It made me so upset that I was unwilling to even buy shoes from that store, and I never will

Soooooooooooo why don't you start your second string QB? How many Super Bowls does Culpepper have? I could see a Vikings fan get that upset over a comment as small as that, you guys have sucked forever, I'd start to get irrated too.

We start Culpepper over Johnson for the same reason that you guys started Favre (before he won his Super Bowl) over bringing back Bart Starr to play in his 50s or something like that...because Pep gives us the BEST chance to win.

You missed the point, zwomanisqueer11...both Favre and Johnson won a Super Bowl in their prime, but both are now better suited to be backups at this stage in their careers...a fact that the Vikings are smart enough to realize, but that the Packers are too stubborn to admit regarding Favre! :lol:

what a joke this zman is his teams defence got torn apart offencive line is gone and there star reciever is holding out for more money. all the while we improved our defence Immensely and our offence is still one of the best in the league. sb here we come
