What can they say? Licking wounds for sure. Especially those 51 painful lashes, I mean points, that were inflicted upon them. I see lots of joy at the 4 game suspensions, but that will turn to bitter bile as the 'Vikes go on to win the Division.

pack93z, what are your honest thoughts on Ryan Grant?
Honest thoughts.. he isn't an elite back.. hard charging one cut back with good speed and burst, but lacks elusiveness in the open field and rarely makes anyone miss.. downhill straight ahead runner, doesn't create it for himself, 20 to 25 carries a game back..

What we lack is a home run hitter that makes people miss once they get free.. scat back type.. pair him with Grant and we would have a real threat.

That is an honest evaluation of Grant.. if you give him 3 yards in blocking, he will maybe get you 4 or 5 yards..
I think Grant is a pretty good back. I wouldn't trade him for Peterson or Taylor but I believe he is the third best back in the NFCN behind those 2. I would think he would be top 8 in the NFC.
    Forte is better than Grant.
My cousins wouldn't believe me when i said "Ryan Grant's success is due in large part to Brett Favre's success."

they said "you think Peterson is so good, Ryan Grant is as good or better" Man they ate those words this season. T

Another crowd that has been silenced is the crowd who wanted McCarthy of late as a HC or at least compared him to other coaches who's success rate was a bit lower than his... ;D

Seems the loss of a HOF QB has leveled the playing field a bit.

    of course it does.
The Broncos went into a slump after Elway, but they still have the same coach.

    Standby my friend.
The yutz's will come out that won't be able to follow that logic.

however, I still have to say i'd prefer mccarthey over Childress based on coaching ability alone.
He helped turn a team full of young nobody's into contenders, even after Favre was still there.
Childress drove a team of talented players into the ground.

    lol
    haha, it works both ways

obviously losing a HOF qb will hurt a team, but McCarthey was doing rather well.
I still have a feeling the packers will suck for a long time, its historically proven.
The packers last HOF QB, Bart Starr, left, and the packers spun into 30 years of awfulness
Brett Favre leaves, it only makes sense that another 30 years of awfulness will follow.
