    Your team has twelve?

One flaw in that, when comparing the two teams, you can only do so from 1961 on....we didn't exist prior to that.

So, based upon records from 1961 on, the ONLY thing the Packers have on us is 3 Superbowl wins.

    Conference Championships is equal.

Division Titles...I believe we still hold the edge.

Head to head, Green Bay leads (but we closed it a bit today).

    And play-off match-ups, we're up 1-0

    ;D

As for your Coach, QB, etc.....

Aside from being a liar (even if he was following Thompson's lead), McCarthy has been pretty solid.
Rodgers might someday grow into that contract Green Bay gave him...although today he didn't show that.
Grant is an average back.....servicable, but I'd look for an upgrade.
Your secondary is good but getting old.

All in all, I never count Green Bay out.
They have a nasty habit of sticking around and sliding into the playoffs at the last second.

    Caine
32 years before your team existed my team went undefeated.
They played 13 games that year.
Their opponents scored a grand total of 22 points against them that season. That is 1.69 points per game. It is also 43 years before Mercury Morris bragged about his neighborhood, and who belongs in it.
Cherry-picking stats works for many... you got yours, I have mine.
The irony is that if our positions were switched... these would be the stats you'd be pulling out of your tucas... I don't have to... we need look no further than last year for that evidence.
You have the edge now, I admit... this season is not over... Zeus, et. al. can throw down all the rhetoric they want... not gonna change the NFL hall of fame, the guiness book of records, the almanac or the pride to your east... sorry, but it just plain flat ain't gonna.
    congrats, btw.
Blah blah ,google goatse and practice at home ,I am sure you will be good at that
    ;D

    from that butt-whip.
Tell ya something else too, I am 1000% behind my coach, my qb, my Df, etc... btw, I will be if you clean our clock too...
    How about Ted Thompson?
Anyhow your not a very gracious loser, your team lost not more than a few hours ago and fell to 4-5 and 3rd place in the NFC north and you are already talking smack. Wtf?
I wrote that in September... you might want to check date/time stamps before jumping to any conclusions.
I also noticed that so many that accused me of being a sore loser were sure sore losers when the shoe was on the other foot... I think it fair to say I was quite gracious when we beat you in week one, and you might also note I have changed my avatar in order to comply with a self-imposed bet.
I bet no one, but changed it anyway, because I enjoy the back-and-forth with many here... not all, though.
    Do I talk smack?
    Sure.
I also congratulate my fellow fans, whichever team they root for, including, and possibly especially, yours.

This thread has nothing to do with beating the Packers. It has to do the Vikings winning and the Packers losing. It just so happens that we beat the Peckers.

Yeah ... you're right ... we should never talk about a win against a team that has beaten us before. They beat us like 5 times in a row ... so of course yesterday meant nothing at all. I guess it is not fair to talk smack about the fact that they have went 2-5 since starting 2-0 and we have went 5-2 since starting 0-2. We can't talk smack about the fact that they are falling fast while we were climbing.
We can't talk smack about the fact that we are ahead of them in the standings. Can't talk about any of it because they beat us in years before this one. Guess that means we can't talk about any win ... pretty sure almost every team other than the Texans has beaten us a few times in the past.
Fuck the Texans though ... I can talk a ton of shit about them.

Might as well get this thread going again. The rout is on. The Packers and the media were all over that Bears game and now look. Fuck the Packers and the media!

OK, OK... props to you, Tim...go ahead and revel in it.
That one left a mark, that's for sure.
    Those Saints came to play.
I get to go listen to MM talk about pad level and gap control now... Congrats on putting some space between us.
My wife was smart in bringing home only a six-pack last night, gone before the end of the 1st quarter...ticked at the time, but this morning not so much...my head hurts enough as it is.
I hope this kind of extreme inconsistency on both sides of the trench prompts my GM to really address these issues this off-season....Ya, I know, the guy you think sucks and the same guy I think is smart as hell.
Go ahead and bash on that issue, too... I don't really have a hangover...six beers doesn't do much more than make me mad--to the point that maybe I'm more pissed about that... I hate it when we lose these nail-biters. ;D

I couldn't believe how bad that secondary was. They usually are solid.
