There's going to come a day when the packers will no longer have favre
as their quarterback. Due to age or retirement, the guy will no long-
er be playing for them and this is where the rubber meets the road.
WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO THEN?
Their whole team is predicated on how one guy plays or doesn't play.
His skills are diminishing; just look at some of the awful throws
he has made this year. Plus, they have nobody waiting in the wings to
be his successor. The packers success lies with #4.
However, if you look at the vikings we have a platoon of young and
upcoming talent that we depend on to win games; not just one guy.
So, the future does indeed look brighter for the vikings than it does
for the packers. Face it guys, when favre decides to call it quits
you guys will be picking first in the draft for years to come.[
