Those would be Texas girls who are ex-Cowboy fans who jumped on the GB wagon.

Look at the rest of the yutzes around them. Is that Jimmy or Billy Carter I see to the left of the girls wrist on the left side? Go figure........

I agree that he gets latitude that other players do not, personally if it doesn't hold up the game much I don't have an issue with the celebrations. Some are over the top and dumb overall, but some like the
snowball throwing are spontaneous. But to be consistent with the rules, a flag could have been tossed. However in defense... TO didn't get a flag for the Popcorn either.
