Patience is a virtue that many in sports be it General Managers, Owners or fan cannot grasp; want long term success, one must carefully build thy roster.

But even I think he is maybe taking that to an extreme with the shifting of the defensive scheme, but time will tell.

There's a point where you have to take your team over the top and sign some FAs though. I'm glad he understands that aswell, as you can read in his press conference.

The big thing I'm doubting is if he'll get enough time to continue his master play. Realistically looking, it will take a while for the 3-4 to become a success. Not signing any veteran FAs really doesn't help to that. I wouldn't mind one Vonnie Holliday or so to get a veteran into the system who knows what he's doing. I guess this all depends on the draft though.
