Re:Pack vs. Steelers
Big Ben picking apart our (Dom's)attempt at a prevent defense in the last two minutes has created quite a schism within the fanbase.
Can you imagine anything so ridiculous when your team is on the verge of a playoff berth?
:P

Totally. Prevent defenses should be outlawed.Big Ben picking apart our (Dom's)attempt at a prevent defense in the last two minutes has created quite a schism within the fanbase.

Or we have to get a safety who stays in his zone when playing cover 3 man, not letting our recently signed CB go one on one down the sideline....
Yes, I'm still bitter about this one."You can look pretty smart if you have a knack for planning ahead. That's Ted. The Packers are in good hands." - Ron Wolf

Re:Pack vs. Steelers
Actually wasn't that upset after the game. Don't really like blaming refs but they were atrocious in that game. Last play on the TD pass(which was a perfect throw and catch...ben's been doing that for years) there was a horrible hold on Jolly by 2 Pitt Olineman and nothing was called. I saw that clear as daylight...see a fat dude in green bust through the line towards the QB, only to see him suddenly start to go backwards despite nobody in front of him. Rewound the DVR and see a Pitt OL with a handful of Jolly's jersey, pulling him so badly that you can't even see the numbering on the front of his uniform
with that said, Pack had the game, Pitt needed that game badly, that was a super bowl like game for them, they had to have it. Pass D was torched but a game like that will keep th eyoung Pack team humble. Worked fine as they responded with a dominant defensive performance against a weak Seahawks team.
Ready for the playoffs to start
