Sad. The free rusted-out camaro program has failed to drive enough of the target hick base they so covet.

You missed the point...it's not free Packer jersey...it's "Free Packer Jersey" as in "Free Willie" or "Free Willie Horton"...they are advocating the liberation of Packer jerseys all over Wisconsin to be free from having to be worn by smelly, backwoods, sheep-lovin' hillbillies everywhere! LOL
