Thread: Favre Retireing Pro/Con

Found this on ESPN.com pretty funny in places.

This just discovered in a Hattiesburg, Miss., garbage dumpster: a single sheet of crumpled paper that autograph experts at Upper Deck now say features the handwriting of Brett Lorenzo Favre.

At the top of the sheet, and underlined for emphasis, are the words, Why I Should Retire. Below that, a line has been drawn lengthwise down the middle. On the left side Favre has written, Pros, and on the other side, Cons.

Pro: Madden will continue to talk about me like I'm a gorgeous woman that he can't get enough of.

Con: Madden will find another man to admire, leaving me heartbroken and lonely on my tractor in Mississippi.

The PTI guys one of the last couple nights must have used the term "Mancrush" at least 5 times in the course of a story on Madden refering to Favre. I thought it funny how manistream that idea is now treated, not just on a Vikings site like this.

I believe Brett is no longer 40-4 at Lambeau when the temperature at kickoff is 34 degrees or lower.
