Well, if Walker wants an increase in pay because he had a great year then he should have to pay back the team for his two bad years. You never hear a player say I had a bad year and didn't deserve my pay. HECK NO, they have to feed their family. I always feel sorry for those guys who make one million daollars or more. They must be starving. But I am always for compromise so I have a solution. Meet Javon half way with his contract demands and we will have a few demands of our own. We will give him the money if he achieves the same results. So we will give you three million a year.So we can break down the contract as follows:

Touchdowns - $100,000 x 15 TDS = $1,500,000

Receptions - $5,000 x 100 REC = $500,000

Receiving Yards - $1,000 x 1,000 YDS = 1,000,000

Bonus = Pro Bowl appearance $200,000

That would solve the problem. If he has a year like last year he will earn his money but if he has a bad year he will get what he deserves!!! Using that matrix if he has a bad year he mnmight not get hardly anything at all.

He could have a year like his first year and would receive something like this.

TDS - $100,000 x 5 = $500,000

REC - $5,000 x 40 = $200,000

YDS - $1,000 x 400 = $400,000

That is still $1,100,000 not bad for being a bum!!!
