You know there have to be a lot of papers and media outlets that had the same joke planned and are pissed now that they were beat to the punch.

The only problem is, it wasn't done on April Fool's Day. Kind of hard to call it an April Fool's joke on March 27th or before.

yea i was thinking about that, but then again.. if its something they do every year, you can't really have it on April Fool's Day or people would just laugh away the paper and not pick it up.
I suppose it should be more accuratly named something like "Spring Prank" rather than April Fools, but hey, its all about getting people to pick up their paper
