AP was a known quantity coming out of college...he hardly has the need to prove himself next season.
The ONLY thing at this point that will stop AP in injury...otherwise expect more of the same as last season.
His showing in the Pro Bowl against the elite of the NFL cemented the fact that he is one of the top RBs in the game.
Grant, on the other hand, DOES have a lot to prove next season, especially given the fact that Brett Favre won't be there to take the brunt of the opposing defenses' attention away from the running game.
I personally don't expect Grant to be up to the task (I expect him to be more like a Samkon Gado...a flash in the pan).
Just my opinion, of course.
