I think technology and American pop culture is more up-to-date in eastern Europe. That site is one of the most entertaining things I've seen in awhile. Nobody ever praised the wisconsin public schools, but mastery of the internet is not just for enlightened, cultured individuals. In the summer, I work with special ed pre-school children and have had more intellectually stimulating conversations with those kids than what I saw on that discussion board.
