WTF...Frerotte???
What we can't be serious? Why in the Blue hell would we want him?
http://ww3.startribune.com/vikingsblog/?p=1460
As various Vikings officials spent time watching quarterback Matt Ryan workout at the Boston College Pro Day on Tuesday, the team appeared to be making plans to look at a veteran QB. Gus Frerotte, who spent the past two seasons with St. Louis, is scheduled to be at Winter Park on Wednesday to visit with the Vikings. Frerotte was scheduled to be in Green Bay on Tuesday for a visit with the Packers.

Re: WTF...Frerotte???
Yea, it would be a shame if we actually got any talent to come in and be backup QB.
Rather take Bollinger.. haha thats laughable.
Bollinger has somehow cranked out a decent ranking ,but if anyone actually watches him play you know he can't get it done.
True, Frerotte isn't top notch either, but he's a hell of a lot better than Bollinger, and he's been around for a while.
What a sad situation it is when we are content with having Bollinger.

Re: WTF...Frerotte???
good backup, but we need a guy that can possibly keep the team rolling if jackson falters or gets injured..he was good to have when daunte was starting for us, because at the time daunte was elite, and when he went down, we just needed somebody to come in and be conservative..with jackson, we need somebody capable of starting full-time if he repeats last year
People who see life as anything more than pure entertainment are missing the point.

I'm sure they both know they are replaceable, so we will see who wants it more.
Regardless of which veteran we go with, the more important question is which rookie do we go with to be the eventual backup or starter?Rock out with your cock out!!!
