Just kidding, I dont see Rice going anyplace but I do see Allison getting the axe.
    forget that!!!!
AA would be picked up in a heartbeat!!.. i think it would be reynauld, JJ, or even GULP!!. Bobby Wade.. they may need his salary gone and put rice in the slot...

i think it would come down to training camp and how they all played...
What has Allison done that makes you say that?

    Went with Johnson.
DR was an option as well.
To early to tell on Rice (still say his injury held him back last year) and AA, still say he didn't get enough shots.

By the way, when AA was on the field he got open, drew some penalties, and caused a few as well.
Still think he is gonna be a good one. ;D

Reynaud who showed some flashes as a KR which we need on the team.
Allison-also showed some flashes as a KR but just has not been able to put it together.
Johnson Practice squad material so we have not see much of anything.

Jumping the gun? You think? Holy bat crap!
    How about this.
If we sign TJ, who cares who gets cut.
If we don't sign TJ , our interest in him is a sign that our wide receivers aren't good enough.
Most of us knew that already.
    Berrian and Wade are ok.
With the exception of DR as a returner, the rest are a bust so far.

I think we may let go of Wade...
I know no one want shim to go but...

    BB is here
    TJ is here
    Rice would be here
and one of the youngers will be pushed to stay on the roster. Odd man out might be Wade

    Your crazy.
Why would you keep unproven players over productive players?

So you have a contract update?

I could be wrong. I just think TJ fills the same role as Wade. Wade has grown on e and was one of our best WRs last year.

Re: Which WR would be gone?

I like Wade, and I'm not sure why people would think about losing him.
Sure, he's not a flashy player, but he's rock solid.
He's a dependable guy with solid hands and seems to play hard on the field.
I like the guy, and think that he brings a lot to the table.

    Rice would stay.

BB is more than an "ok" receiver.
He's actually just about as nasty as you could expect for our passing attack.
He's ripped some big ass plays in his short time here in a new offense, and if we got some more consistent passing it wouldn't surprise me a bit to see his production rival that of the elite receivers in the NFL.

Not sure if you can call AA, and El Syd busts after just a couple of years, especially when you take a look at how ineffective our passing attack has been.

My guess is the maturation process for those two will come to fruition this year.
