From what I understood, the damage didn't extend to his rotator cuff as originally thought, which means his shoulder injury is potentially very recoverable.

I'd take him. he has pretty many passes defenced which shows some coverage skills for a backer.

His arm didn't have serious damage to it. Like Nodak said it didn't do any damage to his rotator cuff, so he will be good to go in training camp..

I personally would love to see Brees in Vikings purple next season..

Sounds kind of like something DC could say but only about his leg.

Pennington tried to say the same thing last year before his second surgery.

Not a bad idea bringing in Taylor. He has shined when given the chance. I really hope we get Witherspoon to anchor down our LB's. Hes young and a playmaker. As far as the Pepp trade...I'm gettin sick of it. Honestly all I wanna know is IF we are trading him or IF we're not. Plain and simple. So much bs and false reports its making me sick. If we're trading/keeping him then I think Childress and Wilf need to let us know IMO.

Kinda sucks to hear that Bentley is gonna sign with the eagles. Eagles being one team i've really come to hate over the years. While I like the idea of Shields from KC, hes up there in age and I wouldnt want him if hes gonna break the bank.

Brees injury is no where near Pennington's injury. Pennington had injury to his rotator cuff twice, Brees didn't have it to his rotator cuff.. Brees will be healthy again.

The Seahawks, reportedly, will cut LB Jaime Sharper as well. I've seen him play a lot living out here in WA. He would be one heck of a pick-up for our LBing crew if he does get cut.

I hear ya.. Any team that is looking at Brees is going to be somewhat cautious. That is understandable. All of the reports so far has Brees being 100% healthy for the start of training camp. He would fit in well with our system, and he is the young QB that we need to lead us into the future. This of course is if Pepp doesn't get traded. I would still like to see Pepp come back healthy and have a kick a$$ season..

IDK ...I dont see Brees taking us to the SuperBowl. Maybe I'm wrong..I know hes a good QB, but he dosnt seem like he has that something special in him.
