I think he's worth a look......his coach, I think, is kind of like the coach we just sent down the garbage disposal.

If we are to trade for a QB I'd rather spend a little more and trade for Kolb. In fact, I would bet Kolb may be cheaper given the fact he has been the backup most of the season.

Absolutely NO on Kolb.

Not wise to acquire a QB with known concussion issues.

I must say I haven't checked McNabb's history in that respect, but I'd say absolutely NO......NO QB with known concussion issues within the last three years.

Bad enough we get cast-off QBs......we sure don't need a cast-off who's concussion-prone.

Rodgers is at risk and would be FAR better off to retire.

Yeah the Eagles and Packers should just release both of their asses right before Christmas. Neither are any good to the team anymore. :dry:

Maybe, maybe not.....but they're stuck with that risk.

No need to knowingly take on that risk by acquiring a guy who's already known to be concussion-prone.

Jesus, what do you consider to be concussion prone? Just because a guy gets a concussion doesn't mean he's concussion prone. Anyone can get a concussion, it just takes getting hit the right way. Kolb had one concussion this year, it's not like he gets them every time he plays. Aaron Rodgers isn't known to be concussion prone, he's just gotten some unlucky hits this year.

Not so.

Some people are more vulnerable to concussions.

You can't predict who they are, but those who have had a concussion recently are suspect until they go a few years without getting one.

You buy a guy who has had one recently, you increase your risk over buying a guy who hasn't had one.

My guess is we don't have to give up a thing, as Washington made it clear they are going in a different direction and his contract is such that they can easily release him.

We can still draft a QB in the first.

Z is insane, McNabb is a winner, just not superbowl winner, yet.
McNabb's career regular season record is 83-45-1, the third best winning percentage behing only P Manning and T Brady(ahead of Favre, Roethlisburger, Rivers, Rodgers, and every other QB in the league).

His playoff record is 9-7. Better than Favre's 12-11, Manning 9-9, Marino 8-10.
