Re: Wilf's make a run at Alexander?

Restarting their search for a personnel director, Vikings officials were scheduled to meet Tuesday with former Miami General Manager Rick Spielman. The team also is planning to interview former Atlanta executive Ron Hill and might extend the search to wait for Denver director of pro personnel Rick Smith.

that was also listed in there does anyone know anything about this guy for a GM?

I am familiar with Spielman only as a player, not as a GM. Honestly I didnt even know he was a GM. I don't know anything about the other two at all.

Provided we have the cap room, I would agree with you.

Alexander wants to stay in Seattle.

He wants to be there so the only way we get him is if they drop the ball. Not saying they wont, but after this year, after this run, I expect the guy is going nowhere.

We still have to do something about our O-line! If we could get Shaun, but he has to run behind the line that we had last year he would not lead the league in rushing.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

You got that right, for sure..

And I say it all starts with us dumping Rosenthal.......He truly sucks........I can't name another player who constently gets beat so bad on a pass rush.......

Re: Wilf's make a run at Alexander?

I don't see him having the kind of year he did this year ever again. If he could at least stay a 1,000+ rusher and an everydown back i would be happy (however for the money we'd be paying him that's kind of a rip off), but i think his years will begin to catch up with him pretty soon here.
