After looking at this video wow I can't believe my eyes Vince Young is almost as good as a running back as a QB and has smarts too. Something Daunte didn't when he came to Minnie and plus this guy as explosive as dousing gasoline on a fire. Amazing best word to describe it

As with all highlight videos, they showcase "highlights" of the athlete...not the not so wonderful plays. Do not base your decision on a highlight video.

I am sure we could make a good highlight video of crappy players also...Bennett, Nap, or Tim Couch. But that does not mean we want them.

to tell you the truth i dont think that vince carter will have that much success becuase he wont be able to convert his play from collage to the nfl

i'm so sick of everybody talking about drafting a QB or getting schuab....

we've got johnson, mcmahon, and some other guy if i'm not mistaken...

get over it people.. there are the qb's!!

(nothing personal viking24.. but everbody has been cutler this, leinhert that, young, mcnair, schuab, yadda yadda)

What are you basing your statement of 'he has smarts' on? Much of the controversy in his draft value has surrounded the fact that he is a less-than-cerebral quarterback.

Maybe as a WR if he can catch the ball. Not a QB, won't fit the WCO.

you have to remember that he won't be able to do all of that in college. he's not going to have as many long runs like that because in the NFL, even the mediocre players are better than most college players. they are too smart, fast, quick and aware to be juked out of their shoes like the players on that highlight film. Its great that he can run to escape the sack, or mabye pick up a first down if needed, but if you have a run first mentality, you will go nowhere in the NFL.
