its one thing to "do the job" but its a totally different thing to have a workhorse that can carry the ball for 1600 yards a season..mewelde is a better than average backup in this league

You don't know that he isn't the answer yet. None of us do! I would much rather take my chances next season to see how he looks when he gets healthy than settle for somebody like Simms.
