1. Sign Egderrin James/Steve Hutchinson/Julian Peterson

2.Re-sign K-Rob/B-Will/Fonoti/Chavous/Johnstone/Newman/Maybe Offord/Maybe Burleson/Maybe Cowart

3. Get Scott Linehan back for Offensive Coordinator

4. Fire Ted Cottrell

5. Give Tice just 1 more year if he screws up again FIRE him quick

6. Re-sign keep our amazing front office together. Because they did an incredible job last offseason bringing people in.

It's kind of long but this is what needs to happen to make us better

I can agree with this one!

I would add that the team member needs to do the job they are getting paid to do in sync with the other players. I think there is to much attention to personal statistics and not enough worrying about TEAM statictics.

I dont think we could afford that list Jordan. Edge wants to cash in i've seen his gold teeth, i dont want to pay that guy that kind of money.

1. Fire Cotrell 28 seconds after the game Sunday. Either promote or hire a new DC; one with a little balls.

2. Get an new OC. I do not care if it is Linehan either.

3. Hire Phil Savage who was just fired from the Browns for philosophical differences. He is considered one of the top talent evaluators in the NFL; look at his draft history.

4. Draft the best talent in the draft. Whoever is the best when it is our turn, get 'em.

5. Fill holes through Free Agency. Lineman, a LB, and whatever else needs filled once we sign our FA's.

6. Build-up Pep. He has not played in a long time. Help him out and let him know we believe in him.

7. Keep everyone healthy.

8. Release any trouble makers or players who do not buy into Wilf's Code of Conduct.

9. Keep a good PR campaign going for a new stadium.

10. Set our sites on the Super Bowl.

are you kidding me fire tice right after our game on sunday, he hasnt done anything in minnesota except lose every big game we need to get into the playoffs the past 3 years

Number 1 would be fire Tice and Loney and cotrell for sure...... I don't really but the rap that Tice had an unfair situation. he might have been under staffed but the talent level was at least good enough to make the playoffs more than once in the last four years....And the coordinators are self explanatory it wont be hard to find better coaches!

Number 2 RB Either take a chance on Moore and the wizanator or sign one in Free agency just make sure you have a number 1 back to start the season that can handle 25 carries a game!

Number 3 Line bring in a vertern gaurd and right tackle on the right side

Number 3 Sign or draft any player that will be considered an upgrade if they can make the team better than bring them into Viking country... just continuwe to improve!
