Three biggest needs: (1) A quarterback to compete with Tarvaris Jackson; (2) A right tackle to compete with or replace Ryan Cook; (3) A kick/punt returner to count on weekly, rather than relying on a mix-and-match approach.

he did alright back there and i could never understand why they did stop using him in that role, however, he had times where he looked timid back there returning kicks... i am kind of hoping for a Devin Hester type player where that is his specialty as well as being a 3rd/4th DB or WR...

Unless your Leon Washington Mewelde or reggie bush, i hate RB's in the return role...

Very hard to find a guy like that.. You can draft return specialests but rarely do they pan out

Im hoping for for Allison this year.. He is good

    So far the voters say:

    1. QB
    2. RT
    3. WR/C

I would vote WR over C.

    gol 'darnit.......

Now I gotta do some research on Eric Ghiaciuc UFA 4 yrs 6-4/300 and Melvin Fowler 7 yrs 6-3/310.
Not sure if they will look at Fowler as he has 7 years in.
    No thanks.

    3. Matt Birk, Vikings. Age: 33:
Matt Birk is no longer the player he once was, but with so many teams having center problems around the NFL, he'll be an upgrade for someone in 2009.

    10. Eric Ghiaciuc, Bengals. Age: 28:
Eric Ghiaciuc was a major liability for the Bengals in 2008. He'll sign on as a backup somewhere.

    11. Melvin Fowler, Bills. Age: 30:
A poor center coming off shoulder surgery. The only positive Melvin Fowler brings to the table is starting experience (37 starts last three seasons). He'll be an OK backup somewhere.

Isn't that what they originally brought Reynaud in here to do?
