so you have the inside track on how the seahawks do business? can you sum up their business plan in a couple sentences to fill in the vikes fans here?

    thanks.

lol yes we forced him to..with a gun to his head..lol he worked it out this way because he doesnt want to play in seattle anymore..flat out
i think he said he wanted to play in seattle cause he wanted to make sure he'd get a decent contract. the reason i don't think he wants to actually stay in seattle is because they were supposed to be superbowl favorites for the past what 4 years? they finally make it there then they loose. i don't know about you guys but that would get on my nerves being on a team that is supposed to be so good year after year and just can't cut it.

i think it's funny all the seahawk fans with all their theories on what is going to be done and so forth.

I LOVE the atmosphere out here right now. Seahawk fans are really, really worried. They know he's gone, cuz they know how the management works out here. I'm lovin EVERY second of this.
yeah seattles management is penny pinchers, they tried to pay hasselbeck and alexander as little as possible til they had to give and let them have more money.

this is the most important part of this whole deal..look how badly they didnt want to re-sign alexander for anything more than average money..there is no way they sign hutch simply because they are cheap..they were completely ready to let alexander go, but then they realized it would be a bad move because of fan reaction..theyve been unwilling to pay shaun anything for the past 3 years..now that they paid him a max deal, there is no way they give hutch a deal that size

well we can all see that just by looking at the contract issues that theyve had with alexander and hasselback..they were completely prepared to let the both of them go because they didnt want to spend the money..they finally got them to sign, and now there is no way they give in a 3rd time..the fans wouldnt go as crazy if hutchinson left compared to their reaction to hasselback or alexander leaving..so they locked up those 2 and they will let hutch go

you know what would be sad but funny? if the seachickens matched the offer and hutch stayed with us, then we had to give them our first rounder i think since hutch was a first rounder. then we trade our first rounder down to the bottom of the first round for more picks from another team or a player then seattle got a bottom first round pick for hutch. that would be pretty funny huh.

well if you had to give up a first rounder for hutch wouldn't you trade your first rounder down to the bottom of the draft for as many picks as you can get then give seattle a worse pick? i would. heck the colts would jump all over it they need a running back now.

what if we could get a second and 3rd rounder from the colts if we had to give up our first rounder if seattle matches then give seattle one of the last few picks in the first round instead of 17? we'd get more value and give up less. but then seattle would say we were cheating ha ha.
