hey guys! its been a while for me, but i think we have an opportunity here that i should bring up. Atogwe has become one of the better safeties in the league who doesn't get the credit he deserves because he's on a lackluster team. Would you want to pursue him?? we could use an upgrade over either of our safeties and he may become technically a "unrestricted" free agent after june 1st if the Rams don't extend the offer (which according to the article, doesn't sound like they're gonna do).

Would be a nice addition, however, I don't think we would see that much more out of him.

Again, if our front 4 do thier jobs, our S's are adeqaute. If they don't the whole scheme breaks down, starting with the LB's, moving out to the CB's with the S's following in line.

Only way to fix this is to go ahead and change the scheme, but I don't see that happening any time soon, especially since the D played well enough to get us to the NFCC game.

In the end, it wasn't the defense (or our S's) that lost us that game. It was repeated turnovers by the offense that did.
