Thread: What about Claiborne?

Would you guys think it would be a good signing if the Vikings brought back Chris Claiborne? The rams released him for cap reasons, he is a MLB, which we need, and when he was here i really liked him and i thought he did a pretty darn good job... + he intercepted Favre a couple years back and returned it for a TD, that's gotta be worth something.. What do you guys think?

No. He had that interception, but he was mostly a bust while he was here. And with the Lions. And with the Rams. They didn't just cut him for cap room - he was a failure there and they didn't need him.

We will be much better off drafting a LB in the first/second rd than getting him back. I'm also sure that there must be better LB's in free agency still that Claibourne.

okay well here are some other options that are still left in FA... tell me what you think about these guys:
OT:Brad Hopkins-Ten, Orland Brown-Bal
CB:Nate Clements-Buf, Ahmed Plummer-San Fran, Ricky Manning Jr-Car
LB: Cato June-Ind

what about greenway or sims.... or in a perfect world Hawk? maybe if we're lucky carpenter from oh st. in the 2nd round.. if he slips that far

kai parham mlb virginia, the dude flys, very good size, great tackler can stuff the run, he's rated the #2 mlb,

never heard of him, haven't seen him in any mock drafts, but
i haven't been following all that much
