Vikings = Wild
Well, it's only been one day so far, grant it, but it seems like the administration is taking a Minnesota Wild approach--not making a splash in Free Agency, but signing players that "fit the system." I hope it all works out. Maybe they have an ace up their sleeve with a FA? Who knows. I'd love if what they're doing shapes up into the perfect team--like someone said earlier in a post, "like New England". We'll see. What's everyone's thougths . . . sort of feel like a Wild offseason?

I don't see how you can say that - for cripes sakes, it hasn't even been ONE DAY in free agency, and you're bellyaching already?

Yes . . . note the "and yes . . . it's only been one day." So of course, take that for what it's worth. But, I'd say 75% of posters were crying for James with the cap space we had. I'm sorry, love the team, love the effort. I'm just "star" starved, like a lot of people. Want the big splash. One blue chip player. When's the last time that happened to a Minnesota team in FA, not the draft? With all the money the Wild, and now the Vikes, had--I think it's valid to want a big name. Hutch would do the trick.I don't see how you can say that - for cripes sakes, it hasn't even been ONE DAY in free agency, and you're bellyaching already?"Veni, Vidi, Vikings!"--Julius Caesar
