yeah, Lavar is going to cost them way too much if they do sign him, and I agree, if they do, it's probably just a ploy to get Farve to think they are commited to giving him a team

Thanks to PPE for the awesome Sig.

Lavar Arrington is the 2nd most overrated player in the NFL after Ron Mexico. He freelances too much and doesn't play within the system. That Joe Gibbs and Gregg Williams actually sat him down for a couple games last year (when he was healthy) speaks volumes of him as a player. Plus, he's had major injury issues the past 3 seasons.

I'd *love* to see the Pack tie up huge dollars on this guy.

    =Z=

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

IF, they sign him...It will only to be because they want to show favre one big offseason move...to try to convince him to comeback...!

Then when favre ends up coming back, he will break Joe Blanda's altime INT record, and will also be angry beacuse Javon Walker will hold out and then get traded during training camp!!

I agree with you man, because if Arrington was that great he would have been on the field all of last year and they would not have bought out his contract.

That would be one of the dumbest things any front office has ever done. Tie up way to much money in a player who is over rated just to get a used up QB who is eating up all their cap space to come back for one more year.

I'd love to see them do it!!

I herd Lavar wants to stay in the NFC east, prolley so he can play against the Skins who back stabbed him a few times.

Even my slacker friends admit signing this guy won't even come close to fixing the team problems. Go ahead... waste your money in an attempt to make Fav'Ray feel good...

Yeah lets see the pack spend big money on him and Woodson. that would be great, but man you gotta love being a viking fan when you look at what the packers free agency has gone this year.

I think Arrington is better than any of our linebacker IMO.
