I think we will make a play at a stud OL also, but once again, you can NOT have to much good talent on the OL!!!!

(see 1998 15-1 season, all of our o-line went to the pro bowl!!.....hmmmm)

Maybe, cept i thought i heard we were gearing up for a rb in the draft. There are good options left for us at the 17 spot for a maroney or white, or deangelo. Yeah I know they are unproven, but their chance of success is a ton greater with a good line.

we have 26.5 mil, with that we can still get runyan, bentley, edge, and possibly a safety to replace chavous

That is your opinion. Mine is completely opposite. The line is not as bad as everyone made it out to be.

And no that money will not allow us to sign every player you named, we have to retain some our free agents and manage the upcoming fiasco the next year with the CBA not being in place.

Fran Foley is known for finding talent in unknown places. I hope this is a move that makes sense rather than one to just make a statement. I don't see why we're trying to make a signing before all the cuts are over.

I also hope this guy is in better shape than Fonoti :grin:.
