OH Man I hope they get Bart Scott. He is from my alma mater. Works really hard and is Ray Lewis' understudy.

Thanks for the link sleepagent  Now do we really want a guy as our starter that has started 8 career games? We would be in the same boat basically if we draft a rb. IMO. Not very good preperation on the Vikes part..

Re: Vikings Free Agency Notes Galore
I would personally take Taylor over Edge or Alexander. Cheaper, younger and a greate running back. Definite upgrade over our current RBs. I've seen him play a few times and have always been impressed. Hope we sign him up.
Halo 4. Start another fight.

When I was at the Baltimore vs. Vikings game this year, it seemed like everyone there was in love with Chester Taylor and hated Jamal Lewis. Every time Lewis would get the ball they would groan, and they kept calling Taylor "the franchise". The Baltimore fans were definately high on him....but that's not saying much."JTSnow" wrote:
haha, alright I guess I will take your word for it. I really hope we can get a good RB this offseason.Hey dude, Chester Taylor is a good running back. I live in Baltimore and know alot about him, he's good but never putted up big numbers cuz of Jamal, he will fit into are west coast offense, believe me, Chester Taylor will be a good signing.

I agree with you 1000000000%I still don't understand why we are going after Chester Taylor.
If you are trying to win a Super Bowl, you are going to have to wait 2 to 3 years for Talyor to fully develop, while Edgerrin James is on the market and we have the 2nd most cap room???

Re: Vikings Free Agency Notes Galore
We actually have the most cap room. $32 million.

Your statement is proof of why you are here in the PPO chat room instead of the War Room at Winter Park."coreychavous21" wrote:

Chester Taylor does not need 2-3 yrs to develop. He is ready to rock now. He will not gobble up as much cap as Edge, therefore there will be more in the bank for other FA's. The key to a great offense is up front. If we don't have a top OL it doesn't matter who is in the back field.
