Re: Vikings' defensive backups are standing out

With Williams out for 6 weeks it hurts but I am very happy to hear the quote about Sharper with all his experience and knowledge. Sharper is a great football hawk and mind of knowing what to do and when to do it. I cannot imagine Sharper out of purple.

Sharper is game to have at least two scores this season with the added pressure from the front four.

Our D had what 8 scores last year, without a legit rush from the edges, imagine more linebackers in the short zones while applying the same amount of pressure as when we blitzed last year... what is the all-time record for defensive scores and overall takeaways? we can definitely challenge for those records!

Frazier added, "I'd dread to think what it would be like to have Tyrell and another rookie there with what we have ahead of us. It just means so much to us to have Sharper in our secondary with all of the experience that he has, plus the experience he has in this scheme."
    I bet Marrdro hates that.
Hey, Marr... Did you notice that Ferguson was playing alot with the 1st team yesterday?
(i know that bb and rice weren't playing, but that means he's higher up on the chart than guys like Jaymar, JR, and Nance.)

    Fricken PUKERS...... ;D

My only hope now is that Nance comes out and lights it up in pre-season week 4.
Looks like Sharp will be around another year and limp leg Longwell will be kicking it deep (almost to the 10) all year long.

I did notice though, during the Steelers game, that they brought the young kid in to save his leg a bit at the end.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg
