Good to get all our horses playing and building that chemistry. We need our D-line healthy so we can keep a strong rotation keeping legs fresh, as it is a long season.

Re: Vikings' D-line close to lining up together - Edwards returns
Excellent news on Ray.
Also, has anyone else noticed that we are getting alot of picks from our secondary.
Probably reading into this however, some thoughts on why....
a.
QB's are trying to force things in the passing game because its just practice.
b.
DL is getting pressure forcing the QB's to throw the ball when they don't want to.
c.
LB's dropping into coverage (by design in the Cover 2) are causing problems in the passing game.
d.
Our Secondary has improved.
e.
All of the above.
My guess it is all of the above and a good indicator of things to come from both the QB's the WR's and the Defense.
Surely it can't be that our QB's just flat out suck or our WR's can't get open.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Unless you're referring to all the TD's being reported.
Hard for me to put much stock into training camp stats.
Without knowing what they are actually trying to work on.
3rd string vs 1st string, lot of different personnel packages, keep playing the same guys over and over, less than full speed, working on executing certain types of plays or coverages,.....
Getting a lot of TD's or INT's in training camp isn't saying a whole lot.
Lack of TD's and INT's probably does.
I would also expect a lot more risk taking in training camp than a regular season game leading to more TD's and INT's.
Pre-season will be a little better indicator.
Right now its just practicing how to play the game the way the coaches want them to without looking at the results so much.
