INDIANAPOLIS — Vikings vice president of player personnel Rick Spielman spent much of Saturday inside Lucas Oil Stadium watching the first day of workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine. So what does Spielman think of this draft class? He talked about it Thursday......

Thanks for the read my friend.

there are some inside pass rushers that are going to be going early.
My guess is he is referring to BJ Raji and Peria Jerry.
Sure wish one of those two cats would slide to us.

there’s going to be good depth through the draft at the corner position.
Sounds like he believes there will be good value at later rounds for corner.

Or just stating the obvious or both....
They definitely speak in very general terms that have extremely low meaning.

LMFAO! He said all the positions strong and deep. Center, RBs, WRs, OT, CB, LB, and DT. So I guess we will be drafting a QB, S, DE, G, or TE in the 1st.
    :

    Same article.
But of the positions Spielman talks about, I’d say offensive tackle and cornerback might be two areas they focus in the first round.

Actually the only position that he said would be deep through the draft in that article was corner, but if it gives you a chuckle, go with it.
