Update on tailgating lots used by PPO

I just called the Vikings' ticket office, inquiring whether the tailgating lots we have used for PPO pregame activities are going to be available for purchasing "parking spaces". The word from the guy I talked to is that no decision has been made yet as to whether the Vikings are going to purchase those lots to have them available again for fans. He said a decision may be made "at any time" (which HOPEFULLY means soon).

Will try to keep everyone posted.

Yeah but we are PPO we should automatically get some. Show them the video oof everyone siging witth Zygi that should have some pull

I had called last week and got pretty much the same answer.
Correct me if I ma wrong, but it was August before the spots were put on sale last year too, wasn't it?

Preseason starts in 16 days! Does anyone tailgate for preseason games? I want to. 8/8/08 is gonna be awesome.

As noted elsewhere, there was no tailgating for last year's pre-season games, so we just met pre-game on the plaza.
I think that's what Mars and I are planning to do for the 8th.
