    Re: Training camp...

It was MY undersatnding that, since he eventually wants the team to have a stadium in Blaine, that Zygi would eventually move the training camp to Blaine...

Personally, I think that the team should practice somewhere a little different each year, and yes, the Dakotas and Iowa too. It would bring them closer to most fans in different regions of the state and near-by states (NOT Wisconsin however  ) , and, I think, the players would like to visit different areas as well.

How about Duluth, Brainerd, Bemidji, Rochester, Sioux Falls, Fargo, etc...

    Too close to water.

May be tempting for a boat ride.

thanks for the answer. When is it held? because i'm going to USA for a YEAR in July. I don´t know where but i hope is near minnesota so i can go to the Metrodome and see live football, not just late i the night on my computer/TV
It usually starts around the last 2 weeks in July, and is open to the public. They move it to their practice facility for the last 2 weeks before the season, that is closed to the public. We will have to wait for the exact schedule. I have attended a few of the training camps. It is pretty up close and personal. It isn't like they have conversations with you or anything, but you can get a good idea of how big these guys really are.

Yes Shock, I think I heard that also about it moving to Blaine when they get their facility built. The Texans have a similar set up. They have a locker room facility, doesn't seem to elaborate, with an outdoor practice field and a bubble dome practice facility. I can see the Vikes doing similar things. They charge for every practice session with all tickets sold in advance.

When I went to the Vikings Camp, it was free. They had a couple of what seemed like Sat or Fri night scrimages that were pay to get in, proceeds seemed to be for a charity or something. Otherwise, everything in Mankato was free, that was like 6 years ago or so.

About 90 miles. I guess you could say I'm right in between Cass and TC.

I just went through that area a week and a half ago on our way to "Lake of the Woods", (lots of angry natives that don't seem to care for white people)

Fargo, Sioux Falls, Des Moines, Mankato Rotation from year to year.

It would be nice for the fans and the Org, but the players wouldn't be happy I am sure.
