Very good Video. I am hoping that the Vikings may take a chance on him in the 6th round. Low Risk High reward type of player. Hopefully he has overcome his health issues.

Nope...we don't need anymore help at DE....remember, both Udeze and James could be back in 2009...creating a logjam at DE.

I would like them to draft him. I agree that he would be a low risk high reward type player. I'm not sold on E. James doing anything as an NFL player as he can't stay healthy.

he wouldnt be a 1st round pick... it would be a 6th rounder. i think its worth the risk

Near the end of the draft you have to look for a sleeper/best player kind of guy.

Dont worry about filling holes, as most of these guys will not do that right away.
They may be practice squaders, or special teamers, but you have to look for a athlete who is driven to succeed, no matter the position.
If nothing else he can be traded if he starts to develop.

The think I liked about was this video was that he returned home and wen to church.. It shows that he has pretty good charachter. I'm huge on the guy and I believe that he has a very good foundation and family. His upside is too high to pass on.

Watch him get blocked, turn around and recover to catch a Speed back with a head start on him. I think he is better suited for the 3-4 though.

Exactly He was considered a for sure first round pick and could of came out his junior year. Stayed in school and then he had is issues. I will agree that a first round is to high for him at this point. But a 6th-7th round pick were most players that get picked then have to prove themselves to make a roster. I think it is very much worth taking a cahnce on. What do you have to loose. Besides Underwood had multiple mental issues, Depression is very treatable. But it was an issue that he seems to of addressed.

Ahhh me no likey. Even with a late round pick this guy is obviously mentally weak, if he can't handle the pressure of being a consistent player no thanks. I would think he is completely off our draft board.

I really don't like the fact that he was going to church this means he was looking for help outside of himself instead of being 100% responsible for what he does.
