There is no salary cap, There is only a crap cap

what kind of cap is there ? Its a CRAP CAP. THE MORE CRAP YOU OFFER OVER THE BASE PAY THE LESS IT COUNTS AGAINST THE CRAP, CAP. there should be no incentives or other bs. it should be all the money the players get should count against the cap. what I am really wondering how teams that were over the cap like the skins , broncos , and seaahwaks , cut players to get below the cap then resign or sign players, I myself think this is getting out of control, its like saying I will pay u a dollar to play but I will give you a millon to show up, So it really didnt matter how much cap space you had.

All the money that a player receives counts against the cap.....eventually.
