Justice served. Back in 05 with the 7th pick overall, we took Troy Williamson. Why? Because he was fast. Al Davis, this is what you get for trading us your 7th overall pick in 05'. You will see why speed isn't everything in the NFL. Screw you, Al Davis.

    Re: thank you Al Davis

So did Al intentionally pick Michael Mitchell with the 47th pick (projected to go in the 7th round) to have more fans laughing about that pick & draw away some of the laughter he was getting for taking Heyward-Bey with the 7th pick?

Every pick is the fastest guy left on the board. All off the board picks. This is why they continue to fail.

    Poor raider.
I can honestly say that I would have drafted Percy Harvin before DHB.
Percy Harvin is much more pro-ready than DHB + he has consistent hands. I'd take consistent hands over spectacular hands anyday.

    What would you rather have?
    Wes welker's hands
    or...
    Bralyon Edwards' hands

    Again, poor raiders

    Raiders Sunday Minicamp Report
Posted by Aaron Wilson on May 10, 2009, 9:04 a.m. EDT

    Here’s a look at the Oakland Raiders’ minicamp. . . .

First-round WR Darrius Heyward-Bey dropped three consecutive passes at one point.

Heyward-Bey sat out the afternoon practice with an undisclosed injury that coach Tom Cable declined to address.

    ;D ;D ;D

It's just the mini-camp so I won't put any real significance on it but I can't wait till Bey starts dropping passes in the regs.
In any case, I'll take any opportunity I can get to laugh at the Raiders.
