In about 10-12 years when Vernon Davis starts to physically break down perhaps all 254-pound tight ends will run a 4.38 forty time. But for the time being, we'll brand him a freak. Davis confirmed at the NFL Scouting Combine that he’s the future of the position and very soon to be the present........

Another Vernon Davis man-love guy. He misspelled Mr. Horseface's name. Interesting article.

MARCUS VICK WILL BE DRAFTED ON DAY ONE VICK ARRESTEDYou've got to hand it to the NFL Network and the league in general. They refused to let Vick be a significant point of the NFL combine. Despite interview requests that would make Angelina Jolie jealous, Vick was not given a main podium to address gossip seekers. His quotes barely got on the air and NFL Network rarely showed him working out.
The reason is because mostly what you hear is true. Marcus is a bad apple. There's many around the league who say he came off as unapologetic and borderline ignorant during interviews.

Still, the bottom line is he's a good football player, much better than Maurice Clarrett, who was drafted in the third round last year. Best case football-wise he can be a lesser version of the Vince Young experience. A team like Dallas, Oakland or of course big brother led Atlanta may take him in the third.

Not hard to be better than Clarrett! If Vick was willing to move to wide receiver than I can see someone taking a chance on him, but if he insists that he is a QB than I would not take a chance on him!
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Vick will not be a first day pick. Not only did he not perform well at the combine, except for the 40, he will miss practice at least once a week to attend court dates from future incidents.

    Thanks Lotza!

I thought it was a good read.

Just like any other article, it is speculation, but it was put together well.

    Entertaining!

Good read. Don't agree with all of it, but I like to see people saying what they believe versus what the majority is saying.

Also, helps throw more unpredictabilityness(okay this might not be a word) in the draft. If Ernie Sims flies up to mid to late first round status, now you've got Hawk, Greenway, Ryans and Sims (maybe 2 of these guys are available at #17?). If Cutler goes as #2, now you've thrown another QB before the Vikes pick which pushes another good pick down our way. The more folks that we're not interested in get hyped up the better, so keep it coming media boys.

Wow, those are some bold predictions. I doubt that even 3 or 4 of them are true.
