I think earlier in the year, before the draft, I read something about the Vikings might not take him because he got in some troble or had an attitude or something like that.

Its callled BSing. They won't really say that "yeah we want the guy"
and then have someone else take him.

anytime someone admits they did something wrong. is basically being a standup individiual whatever I applaud this approach now this guy just wants to play and contribute to me that is something The Vikes havent really had for awhile. This guy deserves recognition for that.

"I was talking to [receiver] Bobby Wade about it, and him being a vet and knowing everything about the whole situation he was just telling me, 'Don't pay attention to those numbers, you've got another day of practice tomorrow,'" Rice said. "I'm just going to try to come out [today] focused on everything I'm supposed to do."

I am betting Sidney Rice is gonna have more TDs then drops.

Hopefully he's not like Troy Williamson last year.

Sidney Rice won’t turn 21 until Sept. 1, so it probably shouldn’t have surprised anyone that there were questions about his maturity when the Vikings selected him in the second round of the NFL draft in April....

Acting like the Vet leader everyone is clamiring for who isn't retire for the retirement home.
