Thread: Should we draft Ted Ginn

Okay.
I have finally heard something from an OSU fan that is a negative.
Keep in mind all I did was ask his opinion of Ginn.
I didn't say why.
He stated he thinks Ginn is over-rated.
He has a pretty good assessment that states, he's explosive and exciting.
He didn't say he drops passes but says he fumbles alot.
He doesn't go for the "he's too small to play in the NFL" knock.
He's heard that too and disagrees.
He thinks he will be an okay player in the NFL but he wouldn't choose him in the first round.
He said if he is available in the 2nd round he would possibly do so.

He also said he can take hits but his main problem is fumbling.
Here are his collegiate stats.
Unfortunately, it doesn't show his fumbles.
I can't find it but I'm sure it exists somewhere.
My friend said, he really likes Anthony Gonzales.
He said Gonzales is better but doesn't have that explosiveness from anywhere that Ginn has.

Ginn's fumbles were mostly on PR's, which we already have Mewelde Moore for, if we drafted Ginn and were to use him on ST's it should be as a KR.
He'll also be fine as a WR.

Are you basing this on actual stats or from what you've seen?
I've been trying to find a link that shows his fumbles but I haven't been successful.
