Should Vikes look at Oakland CB Fabian Washington now???
With Atlanta & Oakland close to a trade for CB DeAngelo Hall, the Raiders now have 2 star CB's in Hall/Asomugha, and it seems that Fabian Washington a young talented CB for the Raiders is the odd man out. I know earlier in the offseason and before the trade deadline during the season there were rumors the Raiders were shopping him, after he had a run in with the law and eventually lost his starting job in Oakland. In your opinion should the Vikes look into acquiring Fabian Washington for a late round pick, possibly 5th to 7th round pick since CB isnt a major need but a position that can be improved or that can always use more depth???

Im good with our corners.. We need to get some more passrush in order to help those guys out.
We could have Champ Bailey and Nnamdi Asamouga and still have trouble stopping the pass with this kind of passrush.
It all starts op front.

Re: Should Vikes look at Oakland CB Fabian Washington now???
why would the raiders give up on fabian washington already?
it'd be like us giving up on griffin(they are probably going into the same year).
asomusgana(or whatever his name is) is going to be a free agent next year so they are not going to just give away a 3rd year corner drafted in the first round for a 5th-7th round pick.
corner maybe interesting during the draft, but if it's depth were looking for in the secondary it probably starts at the safety position, cuz between mccauley, gordon, and griffin we are pretty young there. but at safety right now all we have is williams, sharper(old), and frampton( who might just be considered a special team guy only).

now self destruction" that's enlightenment

Rumor is he may have his tag removed if they sigh Hall to a large contract. If so he becomes an unrestricted free agent. Do we make a move for him then? Could be interesting. Of course this is per profootballtalk.com so take it for what it's worth.Im good with our corners.. We need to get some more passrush in order to help those guys out.
