Re: SAY WHAT? Birk on Hutch's contract
He will be fine.. He just came back way to early from his first surgery. He has had a long time to heal correctly. He is probably one of the classiest players to ever step foot on a football field. This guy is class act from head to toe.. I can't wait to see him and Hutch playing together next season, it almost puts shivers down my spine knowing we will have one of the best O-Lines in the NFL.

Re: SAY WHAT? Birk on Hutch's contract
I'd take a Birk at 80% over the Fowler/Withrow experiment anyday.

Re: SAY WHAT? Birk on Hutch's contract
Now that is some damn good news.
Last thing our team needs is chemistry problems.

Exactly! Matt puts "TEAM" ahead of his own body. He wanted to get back in and join the fight. Plus he knows he has the brains to make more than enough money after football. He will be fine.. Re: SAY WHAT? Birk on Hutch's contract
That is great to hear. Hopefully we will be hearing the same stuff after a McKinnie signing in the future. We know he'll expect at least the treatment of Hutch from the organization.

Re: SAY WHAT? Birk on Hutch's contract
When he retires they should make him the head of the players association and kick out Upshaw.

Re: SAY WHAT? Birk on Hutch's contract
Man, our line is going to be so stacked.
They are gonna need a nickname by the end of the season.
Any suggestions?Retired 12/21/08
