Nope it's all been speculated until now.
Or not.

This is an article from one of the threads I provided the links to. This is from March 1st, over a month & a half-ago.

Taylor and Dolphins to part ways

[i]By Jason Cole, Yahoo! Sports

Mar 1, 7:10 pm EST

Miami Dolphins defensive end Jason Taylor has already moved away from South Florida. The only thing left is to figure out his next address.

Three sources close to the Dolphins organization said this week that Taylor and the team he has been part of for 11 years have graciously agreed to part ways between now and the NFL draft April 26. There’s no animosity between Taylor and new Dolphins guru Bill Parcells or coach Tony Sparano...
That is what I thought Thanks Singer!

If we don't get Allen we better at least pick Taylor up.

Re: Report: Taylor wants out of Miami

Taylor still has skills, but Allen still has potential to improve.
Same can be said of Edwards and Robison.
I really, really, really like the sound of

Allen
Williams

Williams

Edwards/Robison

So, I don't think we need both.
If Allen doesn't work out, and If we could get Taylor for a third and a variable next year...sure.
I'm worried how many years he has left/what his level of commitment is going forward.
That may even be nicer, cuz we could still go OT first, and perhaps get Laws in the 2nd.

Hell, if we could, and depending on who is left, I would trade next year's first for an OT at the end of the first this year.
I don't like giving out future picks, but it would get the learning curve started earlier should we need to replace McKinnie on a more permanent level.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...
The "Williams Wall" has to be double teamed.
How can that not be the perfect selling point right there for any decent DE.
He would obviously have numerous opportunities in every game to go nuts racking up sacks and having a shot at Strahans record.
Which in my opinion was a bogus gimme from favre >

A week from now, Jason Taylor’s future with the Dolphins should come into focus....

Stop getting all emotional about this. Good players come and go, it’s the nature of the business. The Miami Dolphins are a rebuilding team and Jason Taylor is through with rebuilding. Jason wants to win now, and I for one can’t blame him.
From the comments section.......

I'd move this guy up a column on the spread sheet if he posted here...... ;D

He slimmed down last year and really produced.
I don't see why 2 years isn't a realistic goal with possibly even the 3rd year if he avoids a major injury.

I am more worried about Kevin.
I hope his numbers are only a reflection of seeing alot of double teams.
