Regrets?
So now that Culpepper looks to start the regular season and feelings of regrets around here? Anyone honestly think Brad Johnson gives us the best chance of winning?

I was wondering did you sleep through all of December, January and February? Daunte was not going to play here any more, he wanted out of Minnesota and that is that! Brad does give us the best chance of winning because Daunte isn't here, and wasn't going to be here, by his choice! So now that Culpepper looks to start the regular season and feelings of regrets around here? Anyone honestly think Brad Johnson gives us the best chance of winning? What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Daunte Culpepper is 38-42 (.475) and 2-2 in the playoffs ...
People can say all they want about the team around him ... blah blah blah ... but great (and even good) quarterbacks win in this league ... especially if they have one of the greatest receivers to ever play ... I used to be a huge Daunte apologist ... but after compiling the win/loss records of so many quarterbacks and seeing that Daunte is one of few in the league with 50 or more starts that is below .500 (Aaron Brooks and David Carr are the only others ... and their teams are dismal) with 60 or more starts I had to start wondering if Daunte haters were correct ...
I'll take my chances with Brad ... at least he has made it clear he wants to be here.

Re: Regrets?
After seeing what he did for us the second half of the season last year I feel pretty comofortable with him as our QB. I think he will be a great leader of this team and I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do this season.
